The course on 28 until 30 is the busiest class in this month. About 10 people came to join the course. It started from 10 A.M. in thursday. The participant were shy in the beginning. But after sometime the class became more fun. The class began with the introduction about coffee and espresso machine, followed by creating espresso.
They were really having fun in the class. On the second day, they learnt how to clean coffee machine and froth milk. For the course, we usually use 600 ml jug (about 2 cup of coffee), but some of the participant tried 300 ml jug after they get used to 600 ml. Using 300 ml jug is not an easy job. Because the size is smaller, it mean the time to froth milk is faster.
On the last day, there were theory and practical exam. Most of them get easily past the exam, despite what they had learn in the past two days. They passed easily because they had learnt a lot. Mr. Franky also said that they can be a great Barista if they keep learning on this pace.
